House Openings & Closings
The seasonal East End essential — opening the house up in spring and closing it down in fall, so it’s ready when you are and safe when you’re not.

So much of life out here runs on the season, and your plumbing should too. In the spring, we open the house back up — turn the water on, check every fixture and connection, fire up the systems, and make sure nothing went wrong over the winter before you arrive. In the fall, we close it down and winterize so it’s protected while it sits.
For second homes and rentals, getting this right is the difference between a smooth Memorial Day and an expensive surprise. We handle the whole cycle, and we don’t treat a rental any different than we’d treat our own.
Who this is for
House Openings & Closings
- Second homes opened in spring, closed in fall
- Summer rentals turned over between seasons
- Anyone who’d rather not handle the water-on / water-off themselves
- Homes that need a once-over before the family arrives
- Owners who want it done the same way every year
The Bono approach
We take the time to do it right
We’re a small, family-run shop, and we plumb like it — we give the job the time it needs, answer your questions instead of rushing off, and don’t cut corners when no one’s looking. We’d rather earn your trust once than chase a quick job.
